Rave On – The Ultimate 50s & 60s Experience returns to Solihull on Friday 18 September with a brand-new show packed with classic rock and roll hits.

Audiences can enjoy songs from music legends including Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, The Beatles and Roy Orbison.

Featuring performers from West End productions such as The Buddy Holly Story and Million Dollar Quartet, the show promises an evening of vintage costumes, colourful staging and sing-along favourites.

From the birth of rock and roll to the British Invasion, Rave On takes audiences on a journey through two of music's most influential decades.

Mell Sqaure Market Week

Mell Square Market Week returns to Solihull town centre from 15 to 17 September, offering three days of shopping from independent traders.

The monthly event features a different theme each day, with artisan food and drink on Tuesday, craft and collectibles on Wednesday, and fashion, accessories and vintage stalls on Thursday.

Visitors can browse a range of local businesses and unique products in the heart of the town centre.

The market runs from 10am to 4pm each day and is free to attend.

The Hound of the Baskervilles

Sherlock Holmes classic The Hound of the Baskervilles comes to The Core in a one-man stage adaptation starring award-winning actor Jonathan Goodwin.

Based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famous novel, the production sees Goodwin take on Sherlock Holmes and a host of other characters in a gripping Victorian gothic thriller.

Audiences can expect plenty of mystery, suspense and atmospheric drama when the show arrives at The Studio at The Core on Saturday, 19 September at 7.45pm.

Tickets cost £16 plus a transaction fee, with the performance running for 100 minutes including a 20-minute interval.
