UPDATE: Second man charged in connection to Shirley stabbing

A second man has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Shirley which took place earlier this month (12 September).
It follows the incident which took place on Stratford Road in the early hour of the morning where a man suffer injuries which were not life threatening.
A 38-year-old appeared before Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday (24 September) where he was further remanded, in relation to the incident.
It comes after the charge of Saqab Shabbir who was arrested and charged last week (19 September) with wounding with intent and robbery and driving offences.
Shabbir appeared before Birmingham Magistrates' Court on 19 September and was also remanded in custody.
