Man charged following Chelmsley Wood burglaries

A man has been charged following an investigation into a series of burglaries in Chelmsley Wood.
Officers from the Solihull Neighbourhood Crime Team have been investigating reports of homes being broken into and vehicles being stolen in the area.
A 25-year-old man was arrested last week in connection with the incidents and has since been charged with burglary, theft and assault.
Connor Sheedy, 25, appeared before Birmingham Magistrates' Court on August 22, where he was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear before the court again next month as proceedings continue.
