HS2 has announced overnight closures on the A45 service road near Bickenhill next month.

The closures are to allow essential drainage works and associated roadworks to take place.

The road will be closed between 8pm and 6am on weeknights from Monday, November 2, until Saturday, November 7.

The affected section is the A45 Service Road, adjacent to the westbound A45 Coventry Road.

Traffic management will be installed to allow the workforce to safely carry out the works.

A signed diversion route will be in place during each overnight closure, but access to all businesses on the A45 service road will be maintained.

HS2 said road users and nearby residents may also experience low-level noise from the worksite during the works.
