A man has been jailed for 22 years after sexually abusing two girls and attempting to rape a woman.
Jawhir Kasir, 47, from Coventry, was convicted of seven sexual offences following a trial earlier this year.
The offences included the sexual assault of two girls between 2006 and 2008 and the attempted rape of a woman in 2010.
Police said all three victims came forward last year to report the abuse they had suffered.
As part of the investigation, officers carried out video-recorded interviews with the women, allowing their evidence to be presented to the court without them having to repeat their accounts in person.
Following the interviews, detectives gathered sufficient evidence to arrest Kasir on suspicion of a number of sexual offences.
He was arrested at Birmingham Airport on 26 November last year before being charged.
Kasir, of no fixed address, was subsequently found guilty of seven sexual offences, including attempted rape.
At Warwick Crown Court on 22 September, he was sentenced to 22 years in prison.
Police praised the victims for their courage in coming forward and supporting the investigation.
