A brand-new app has launched in Knowle, making it easier for residents to access exclusive discounts while supporting the village's independent high street.

The Visit Knowle Loyalty app brings the popular loyalty scheme onto a digital platform, allowing members to access offers from local cafés, shops, restaurants, salons and more, all in one place.

Members can simply show their digital loyalty card at participating businesses to claim their rewards.

The annual membership costs £30 and gives users immediate access to a range of savings across Knowle's independent businesses.

Visit Knowle says using just a handful of offers throughout the year could cover the cost of membership, with further discounts adding up over time.

However, the scheme is about more than just saving money, with every membership helping to fund projects, events and improvements that support the local community.

Previous initiatives supported by Visit Knowle include the village's Christmas lights, street scene upgrades, and celebrations such as Knowle 750, the Queen's Jubilee and the King's Coronation.

Plans are also underway for new Welcome to Knowle signs and further community projects.

Nick Lyons, director at Visit Knowle, said: "We are so pleased to finally have the app.

"This is something we have been working towards for two years.

"It makes the Loyalty scheme more accessible than ever and gives our members a seamless experience from the moment they sign up."

The app was created by VU Agency, with CEO and Founder Phil Webb saying: "We are absolutely delighted to have brought this to life for Visit Knowle.

"There has been a huge amount of work behind the scenes to get to this point, and we are proud of what we have delivered for the Knowle community."

Residents can join the scheme in under two minutes by downloading the Visit Knowle app from the App Store and searching "Visit Knowle".

Once signed up, members will receive their digital loyalty card, which can be added to their digital wallet.
