Your New Role

We're working with a leading fleet organisation who are lookingfor a Vehicle Technical Advisor to join their team. This is anoffice-based, phone-led role where you'll speak with customers,mechanics and repair networks to understand vehicle issues andadvise on the most appropriate and cost-effective repairsolutions. You'll use your automotive knowledge to assess repairrequirements, discuss parts and potential solutions, and ensurevehicles are repaired efficiently while balancing cost, qualityand customer experience.

Ensuring Your Success

We're looking for someone with a background in vehicle mechanics,automotive servicing, dealerships, fleet, warranty, parts orvehicle repairs, with a good understanding of vehicle components,common faults and repair processes. You'll need to be confidentcommunicating with customers and mechanics over the phone, ableto understand technical problems and explain solutions clearly,and comfortable making commercially sensible decisions. Thiscould be a great opportunity for an experienced mechanic orautomotive professional looking to move away from the tools andinto an office-based technical role.
