Job Title: Sales Progressor

Basic Salary: £28,000

OTE: £30,000+

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join a successful multi-branch estate agency as a Sales Progressor. Responsibilities

• Manage and progress the pipeline
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers and solicitors on a regular basis
• Maintain company CRM system
• Deal with price negotiations as required
• Arrange and conduct key release
• Work towards monthly targets

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday one week (8:30am to 5:30pm), and the following week Monday to Saturday (with a weekday off), with Saturday hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm.
