Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Solihull

Basic Salary: £28,500

OTE: £31,000

We're working with an established and well-regarded estate agency in Solihull who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy lettings team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and keeping everything running smoothly from tenancy start to finish.

The Role

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Looking after landlord and tenant relationships
• Dealing with maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
• Managing tenancy renewals, inspections and deposit processes
• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
• Handling day-to-day queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Working closely with the wider lettings team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Property Management role
• Good knowledge of the residential lettings process
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload and priorities effectively
• Professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
• Good understanding of current lettings legislation
